What we collect, what we don't, and how we handle anything you share with us.
We collect the minimum data we need to run the business. Your name and work email when you contact us. Your calendar information when you book a call, which is handled by Calendly. Anonymized analytics when you visit the site, which is handled by Plausible. We don't sell data. We don't run ad retargeting pixels. We use Plausible specifically because it's cookie-free and GDPR-friendly.
Contact form submissions capture your name, work email, optional URL, and message. Calendar bookings capture your name, email, timezone, and the calendar information Calendly needs to schedule the call. Newsletter signups capture your email only. Analytics aggregates page views, referrers, and device types through Plausible. No cookies and no personal identifiers are collected through analytics.
To reply to inquiries, deliver our services, send the newsletter you opted into, and improve the site over time. That's the full list.
Stripe for payments. Calendly for scheduling. Resend for transactional email. Plausible for analytics. Vercel for hosting. Google Workspace for our internal email. Each of these is covered by its own privacy policy.
We use minimal first-party cookies, specifically for storing your theme preference (light or dark mode). We do not run third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@netpagetwo.com. We will respond within thirty days.
We comply with both. For EU users, our legal basis for analytics is legitimate interest, for newsletter is consent, and for service delivery is contract.
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Customer records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and legal requirements. Analytics data rolls on a 24-month window.
Thirty days written notice via email for any material changes.
