Terms of Service.

The basics.

NetPageTwo is a productized service operated by LB Agency LLC, part of L&B Marketing Group. By engaging us, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly. A more formal version is available if your legal team needs one.

What we deliver.

NetPageTwo offers two tiers, SEO/AI Search — Visibility at $497 per month and SEO/AI Search + Revenue at $1,297 per month. Each tier's scope is defined on our pricing page and in the Statement of Work we send after your fit call. We will not silently change the scope of what's included. If we need to adjust anything, we'll tell you in advance.

How payment works.

Monthly billing in advance through Stripe, with credit card or ACH accepted. Annual prepayment is available with a 10% discount. Payments more than fourteen days late trigger a service pause until the balance is cleared. We don't charge late fees.

Cancelling and changing your subscription.

The agreement is month-to-month. You can cancel with fourteen days written notice. An email to hello@netpagetwo.com is sufficient. There is no early-termination penalty and no automatic renewal beyond the standard monthly cycle.

Who owns what.

You own 100% of the website content, accounts (GA4, Search Console, CMS access), and deliverables we produce for you. NetPageTwo retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, internal templates, reporting frameworks, and any tools we develop for internal use across clients.

Confidentiality.

Both sides agree to keep the other's non-public business information confidential. Either side may share aggregate, anonymized learnings.

What we guarantee and what we don't.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. SEO and GEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm changes, AI model behavior, and competitor activity. We guarantee the work delivered, the reporting cadence, and the honesty of our recommendations.

Limitation of liability.

Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification.

Each side will indemnify the other against claims arising from their own breach of these terms, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of [state from Artemiy].

Changes to these terms.

We will give you thirty days written notice via email before any material changes take effect.
